I am going to do both of these and you know you would like to do them with me! Basically, we will pretend a week is 6 days long and each day we will follow the schedule for one of these, in an alternating manner.

Tomorrow the fun starts with the first day of the 200 sit-ups thing, although if you miss my schedule feel free to do it on your own 8)

I would suggest an aerobic exercise as well, that will help with healthiness.

Haha, just going to class and back involves a lot of hiking for me (the hill is pretty massively sloped and it takes about 25+ minutes each way). That plus DDR means it's all taken care of.

BTW, since we're doing both of these at the same time and condensing them a bit, start on Week 1 no matter how many you can do; if you max out either of them just do the far right column.

Everyone else should DDR also 8)

Stuff 8 and below makes for a fairly good aerobic exercise, maybe 9 if you're pretty skilled, but that's unnecessary. Whatever doesn't wear you out.

Welp, done with the first day. I already know I can do a fair number of sit-ups, but we're rolling with the plan, so I'm taking column 3.

That concludes today's sit-ups. Harder than usual since being sick for a while has put me slightly out of shape for the moment, but oh well, no big deal.

Heh, I went with that plan, with Tetris Attack break in the middle.  Exercise mind between exercising body.

Maybe go for the center column? The third day looks pretty appropriate, and for the second you can always go more extreme on the last set.

Anyway, later today we have push-ups which I am pretty bad at (well, if done in good form), so I'll be taking the left road this time XD

Yeah, I'm in the 0 (emphasis on 0) to 5 category on PushUps, unless we're talking about the Flintstones' Sherbet Pops, then I can do many more XD

That's moderately frightening to me, although I guess in the end we'll all be able to?

I can do 55 super-crappy push-ups (for tae kwon do club, not entirely consecutive as they're part of burpees), but when you cheat exercises your muscles pay the price, yeah? They don't give us much time in club, though, and you can't do anything in good form super-fast.

It isn't hard to do, I just do 5 sets of 20 and I've been doing it for a while. 100 in a row though would probably cause me to pull something  XD

Sit ups are another story, I can only do about 50 before either my back gives out (doing it wrong) or my muscles give out. Like I said, I barely do any...

Oh, non-consecutive. The goal of this one is 100 consecutive ones though, isn't it? 8D

Anyway, no matter where you are, go from Week 1 and just take the right column if you're pro.

Indeed, situps tomorrow. We'll alternate days (since the original exercise schedule has rest days stuck in between anyway, might as well work different parts).
