Basically, he hacked Snes9X to allow composited recordings, so every Mario represents one time he played that section of the level. The ones that die are the times he gets killed.

[terrible video]

waha killed another one
I think part of me has died.  I cann't listen to that, ever.  I think all US companies should just leave it untouched and just sub them and sell them.  It'd save them more money by not having to hire the most TERRIBLE voice actors EVER to do stuff like that.

Edit - The quote in the middle is full or irony.
"I never got into drama cd's, as long as the voices match the original characters then I'm ok with it".
I lol'd.  THEY ALL FAIL AT DUBBING, ALL OF THEM.

Y'know, watching the dub is terrible, but almost to the point of terrible laughing irony.  Wow, the cast is in high school, but none of them sounds younger than 24.

Expect to hear Spanish dubs next, they're just as serious with anime than the US, there's an actual official Mexican Idol group. I kinda chuckled from mixing those two words together, apparently I've heard too many stereotypes, surprisingly they're decent compared to what you would see in a US anime convention. As close to an actual Japanese experience without taking a plane ride.

Wendee Lee, who voices Konata, is 53.  =|

BUT TERRIBLE FOR KONA
PRECISELY.  She was at the SOS Brigade concert that was held last year at AX.  She also does the voice of haruhi (Aya does both haruhi and kona, so I suppose wendee lee was the natural choice for kona as well, since she did the us haruhi)

They say that Spanish is closer to Japanese than it is to English, and you don't really have to learn too many new sounds.

Some minor differences with the R pronunciation, aside from that, they're very similar.

It's pretty funny how the X360 is an infinitely better system in Japan, where it's completely unpopular.
