nods. they nerfed Samus in SSBB (although ZSS is still the favorite) so when my SSBB disc broke I wasn't too worried about that.

Subspace Emissary was tons of fun though.

Yeah I hosted a video game tournament in my classroom last year and the kids brought in Brawl. I tried to play and was completely thrown off by how much had changed from Melee to Brawl. I mean, there's a normal amount of expected change between any iteration of a game, but I went from being really good to not even being able to knock someone out more than once.

It was a genuinely awful experience to lose at a game that I was at least competitive in previously.

In Brawl I hated the input lag and how they mixed toon with realistic graphics. It has shitty aesthetics.

Still play SSBM from time to time. Still have unique experiences and unexpected laughs here and there. It's always a good mix of known and unknown things playing together.
